Terms & Conditions

- We prefer a consultation before grooming to establish you and your pet's requirements and comfortability (not necessary but highly recommended)
- All prices are subject to pet size, temperament & coat condition & are subject to change. We'll always discuss these on initial consultation.
- All factors will be discussed during the initial consultation and a base price will be established and agreed. However, this is subject to change should circumstances warrant it.
- Specialised trims or cuts that require extra time may incur extra charges.
Medical Issues
- Please discuss any specialised medical issues or disabilities that your pet have. We are more than happy to assist where we can. However, these may incur additional charges.
- We can also accommodate specialised bathing needs for your puppy that requires a deeper or more specialised attention or medical products (owner to supply products). Note that this may incur additional charges.
- Puppies with skin ailments / fleas / mites will require specific consultation before treatment and possibly a recommendation to more specialized care with another professional (such as a veterinarian).
Breed Sizing
- Small Breeds: (and any other breed similar to this size) Includes (but not limited to) French bulldog, Pug, Toy Poodle, Toy Cavoodle (all Toy Oodles), Maltese, Small Terriers, miniature breeds and puppies.
- Medium Breeds: (and any other breed similar to these sizes) Includes (but not limited to) Cavoodle, Schnauzer, Small Poodle (all small Oodles) French Bulldog, Terriers, Spaniels, Maltese, Pekingese, Shih Tzu, and any other breed that suits this size.
